Paid internships give adults with developmental disabilities a chance to learn workplace routines, take on real responsibilities, and prepare for what comes next. At The Arc San Francisco, interns are gaining hands-on experience at The Star Café, the California Academy of Sciences, and San Francisco Recreation & Parks, with a new partnership with the SF SPCA launching this fall. Your support helps fund job coaching, employer partnerships, and individualized support.
